ERUdyne's cross-cultural awareness and communications programs are designed to address four distinct audiences:

Business unit employees new to the global arena.  These people may have experience in their disciplines without extensive exposure to cross-cultural awareness and communications issues.  They do not typically have managerial responsibilities. 

 

Management/Leadership (click here to see course offerings)

Management level employees may be in a business unit or serve in a corporate function such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.  These people may have strong supervisory experience without extensive expertise in managing and leading global teams.

Customer service/support employees that are either customer support representatives, supervisors, or managers.  These people may serve global customers but have not had extensive training on how to ensure world-class service in a global arena.

Third Tier -- Blended Solution
